Responsibilities:
Supporting the Program Operations team

Communicating directly with customers via email and phone

Communicating directly school and community partners
Scheduling to promote upcoming seasons and events
Organizing and managing the enrollment process

Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials

Office management of equipment, distribution and inventory

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Effective organizational/administrative skills
Computer/application skills (Mac & Google products, Microsoft office suite)

A national organization with opportunities across the country! We’re an engaging children’s soccer program (ages 2 and up) with a focus on character development. Though we continue to grow, we are still a family business at heart-–we treat our employees like a team and the children we teach like our own. We train our coaches in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
